One Chef, One Kitchen
Chef-Owner Keshav Kalia has run the kitchen personally since becoming sole owner in 2016. His hands-on approach is what keeps the food honest and consistent, every single service.
Rooted in Northern India
Our menu draws from the rich culinary traditions of Punjab — tandoori cooking over live fire, slow-simmered curries, and layered spice work that takes real time and care to get right.
Springfield's Gathering Place
We opened in November 2015 on South Jefferson Avenue, steps from Missouri State and Drury Universities — and we've been one of the few downtown spots open on holidays and Sunday evenings ever since.
